If Celly should have a team, it should be an overpowered team as she should clearly be a boss trainer. I won’t necessarily state which Pokemon she should have, but she should clearly have unfair ones just to give her opponent a very big challenge. And the peacefulness of togekiss being similar to celestia is nice and all, but there could be a better choice. I’d look towards pokemon that evolve by sun stone maybe.
