I wanted to get rid of the bland whitish background. So I changed it to blue but that uniform colour still didn’t give a satisfying result.
Then I discovered the pattern fills in GIMP 2.8 and used “Rain (108 x 108)”.
Afterwards I played around with Fluttershy’s brightness histogram and then reduced her oppacity to let her merge with the rain.
(At least the coiffure seems to be water-repellent and Rarity won’t suffer a heart attack.)
I already did this one some time ago but I needed it as a square at some point and I didn’t save the project in GIMP back then thus I had to redo it.
