Dash - IC’s dash is a fast skate.
Neutral A - punch. Press A three times slowly for a double punch, then a buck. First punch does 4% damage, the second does 6%, and the buck does 8-10%. Mash A quickly for a short-ranged spray of ice (1-3% damage per hit). The ice explosion at the end does 7 damage. Both the ice spray and ice explosion can freeze enemies over 90% damage.
Forward Tilt - Ice buck. 15-18% damage. Can freeze enemies over 70% damage.
Forward Smash - Ice Blade. 20-32% damage depending on charge. Longer range than Marth’s Forward Smash. Does not freeze enemies.
Down Tilt - Sliding kick. Longer range than Mega Man’s. 19% damage and trips enemies.
Down Smash - Stomps to create a mini-blizzard. The stomp does 15-19% damage depending on charge and buries opponents, and the 8-hit blizzard does 1-3% damage each hit and can freeze enemies over 66% damage.
Up Tilt - Sprays ice up. 5 hits for 1-5% damage each.
Up Smash - An uppercut that also summons a tall icicle with the same reach as Palutena’s Up Smash. The uppercut does 15-19% damage depending on charge, while the icicle does 17-21% depending on charge.
Dash Attack - Penguin slide. 6 hits for 1-4% damage each.
Neutral Air - Spins and sprays ice to either side of him. 9 hits for 1-3% damage each. Freezes enemies over 90% damage.
Forward Air - Aerial Ice Blade which goes in an overhead arc in front of IC. 18-24% damage.
Down Air - A diving kick that freezes enemies over 75% damage. Does 20% damage and bounces up when it hits a foe. Meteor effect.
Back Air - Buck. 24% damage.
Up Air - an icy explosion above IC’s head. Freezes opponents over 66% damage and causes 20-25% damage.
Grab - Stands upright and holds opponent with both forelegs/arms.
Pummel - Squeezes opponent, freezing his internal organs. Fast pummel for 2% damage per hit.
Forward Throw - Pushes opponent forward. 10% damage.
Back Throw - Rolling throw. 17% damage.
Down Throw - Pins opponent and freezes his heart. 18% damage. Freezes opponents over 40% damage.
Up Throw - Holds opponent above his head with a mini-blizzard which then launches the opponent up. 20% damage and freezes opponents over 70% damage.
Edge Attack (slow) - Icy breath. 15% damage and always freezes enemies.
Edge Attack (fast) - Punch. 15% damage.
Floor Attack (trip) - Punches forward (10% damage) and kicks backward (13% damage).
Floor Attack (front) - Same as trip.
Floor Attack (back) - Spins before standing back up and punching. 3 hits for 4-8% damage each.
Down, Down+Forward, Forward, A/B - Ice Hadouken - a long-ranged ice ball forward that can freeze enemies above 65% damage. Does 13 - 24% damage.
B - Ice Grenade
-Throws a high-bouncing ice grenade with good knockback that explodes after 4 seconds or upon touching an enemy. Freezes enemies over 75% damage. 15-20% damage.
B Custom 1 - Ice Beam
-This long-range laser beam auto-charges like ROB’s Robo Beam and can be aimed diagonally up and down. Level 1 hits once for 8% damage and freezes enemies over 90% damage. Each of the four charge levels increases knockback and adds an extra hit. L2 freezes enemies over 80% damage, L3 freezes enemies over 75%, and L4 freezes enemies over 70%.
B Custom 2 - Tri-Snow
-Throws three gravity-affected snowballs forward. Aim up and one of the snowballs goes behind you. Aim forward to increase the horizontal distance. Aim down to make it easier to hit opponents trying to recover. The three snowballs have low knockback, but do 4-7% damage each and can freeze enemies over 60% damage.
Forward B - Ice Shield Charge
-Similarly to Captain America’s Charging Star in the Marvel fighters, IC forms an icy shield in front of him and dashes forward. IC will not flinch with the shield up, and the shield deflects projectiles. Don’t worry about going off edges. 20% damage. Won’t trigger a helpless state in the air, but can’t be used in the air again until IC lands.
Forward B Custom 1 - Ice Burst
-It’s just an ice version of Din’s Fire. Guide it up and down with the Control Stick, then release B for the icy explosion. 13-35% damage depending on distance traveled. Can freeze enemies over 80% damage.
Forward B Custom 2 - Snow Katamari
-IC rolls forward in a snowball, absorbing items and enemies into it, and scattering them when the snowball explodes. Explode the snowball by releasing B or reaching the edge (IC won’t roll off). Exploding the snowball initially causes 15% damage to enemies and each absorbed enemy adds knockback and 15% more damage.
Up B - Rising Ice
-Just an icy Super Jump Punch. Each hit does 1-3% damage for a maximun of 26%, and the last one can freeze enemies above 65% damage.
Up B Custom 1 - Snow Cloud
-IC rides a snow cloud upward. Great recovery, and 11 falling snowflakes do 1-3% damage each. Can freeze enemies above 90% damage.
Up B Custom 2 - Frost Dive
-IC does his own Falcon Dive, leaping and grabbing enemies, freezing them regardless of damage, and jumping off them. If Frost Dive connects, it will not trigger a helpless state and can be used again.
Down B - Ice Wall
-Cold Man’s weapon in Mega Man & Bass. IC sets a wall of ice at his position, which absorbs up to 40% damage and disappears if left alone for 5 seconds. Walk into it to send it sliding into enemies for 30-35% damage. Yes, foes can do this too. Dropping the Ice Wall on the enemy while in the air also counts as an attack for the same damage as when it slides and has a meteor effect.
Down B Custom 1 - Slippery Floor
-IC freezes part of the floor in front of him (the range of Mega Man’s neutral Mega Buster), causing enemies who touch it to slip. Does no damage but leaves enemies open to subsequent attacks.
Down B Custom 2 - Snowman
-IC sets a snowman on the floor who then throws three snowballs forward for 8% damage each before disappearing. Despite low knockback, the snowballs can freeze enemies over 50% damage. The snowman can take one hit. Dropping him on the enemy while in the air causes 25% damage and has a meteor effect.
Final Smash - Absolute Zero
-IC creates a blizzard around him that has a radius of a Falcon Kick, freezing all enemies near him regardless of damage and doing 3% damage each hit for a maximum of 120 hits.
Up Taunt - stands upright and makes some snow above him. Can damage enemies (6 hits for 1-3% damage each) and freezes enemies over 60% damage.
Side Taunt - blows a short-ranged puff of ice. Does 1% damage, but always freezes enemies.
Down Taunt - holds up a snowflake, snowpony, or snow rabbit.
Victory Pose 1 - same as Up Taunt.
Victory Pose 2 - skates around before stopping and happily raising an arm/foreleg.
Lose animation - Hoofstomps with a snowman clapping in front of him.
Victory Fanfare - “I’ll be there right by your side. I’ll be there…right by your side.”

Pros - Fast. Several attacks can freeze enemies. Midweight (slightly lighter than Mario). Two of his taunts can damage (and freeze) enemies.
Cons - Ice Wall can be turned back on you, making it risky to drop on enemies. Snowman can be quickly interrupted.
Trophy description - Ice Crystal loves the winter when the weather is bright and frosty. He freezes over the puddles and makes slides so that his friends can play.
