In my headcanon, Humdrum still has middle-class, loving parents that are alive and well. They aren’t aware that their son is an actual superhero; they just assume he’s playing pretend. Or they do realize he’s a real hero and want to keep it a secret.
Meanwhile, Iron Mare, Captain Equestria, Hulklight, Black Widow, Pinkie Thor, Hawkeye, War Machine and Spider-Dragon are fighting a massive robot dubbed Ultimo (yes, a canon Iron Man rogue)
