Trixie Sniper - because Twilight Sniper equivalent
Crystal Heart Sandvich - both are a source of power (crystal heart generates love and light, sandvich generates health). goes hand-in-hand with Sombra Heavy because the way Sombra licked his lips approaching the heart…
Scout, Engie and Spy are the only ones that are anywhere close, although Trixie would’ve worked as a Scout too.
I mean, I probably couldn’t do any better myself. I’d make the Pyro a Parasprite swarm, but that’s about it. But still… this is kinda worse than not trying at all.
you think Discord as Pyro is bad? that isn’t even the worst of it… I was short on ideas on who that poster combined with the fandom considered “villains”, so I was actually considering using Garble as the Pyro. both shoot flames, but Garble isn’t on happy gas like the Pyro, so Discord was close enough… though i agree he would’ve fit better as one of the higher-ups. :/
Iron Will as Medic feels weird. Zecora is actually the best fit for that, actually mixing up healing potions. Iron WIll’s rambling would go well with the Soldier, and his motivational speeches could work like the Soldier’s war banner buff.
No idea where Sombra as the Heavy come from. A better choice would be Garble. Strong, tough, slow.
Flim and Flam as Engineers is a great fit, especially the Cider Squeezy as a dispenser.
Gilda a scout is another good one that I haven’t seen before.
Discord doesn’t have the kind of delusional mindset that the Pyro does. With his habit of controlling others and not fighting directly, he’d be the . Or the Director, to hop games for a moment.

Though that’s probably helped by the fact that I’m going to name an item after her in the game.
