Apparently, S1-S2, EqG and the 2017 movie had the Bushiroad cast.
And after that Disney recast everypony and didn’t bring back the Bushiroad seiyuus (let alone having lesser known seiyuus in the Disney dub), not even G5 with Twily’s cameo.
Wow, I never thought that the movie, of all things, would be the last place the original Japanese cast was used for the pony side of things (I have no idea whether or not Hasbro would use the original cast if they decide to do the season two Better Together and CYOA shorts, as well as the specials, since they seem to be directly in charge of that side of things).
Probably Hasbro’s decision because they were cheaper or whatever
