Fluttershy rolled her eyes, giggling. “Oh, I should’ve known. Of course, you’d try to make her first word chaos.”
“Obviously!” Discord said, not taking his eyes off Serina. “Wouldn’t it be just amazing if her first word was the best word to ever exist?”
“You’d rather chaos over father or daddy?” Fluttershy replied.
Discord shrugged. “She’ll learn to say those someday. As for now,” he smiled. “Chaos!”
Serina looked at her father with a thoughtful facial expression, then sat up, chest puffed out proudly. “Cha- Kai- Chak- Cake!” she smiled wide. “Cake!”
Fluttershy couldn’t help but laugh as Discord facepalmed. “That didn’t go exactly as you planned, did it?”
“Cake! Cake, cake!” Serina repeated excitedly.
Discord sighed and patted Serina’s head. “Cake is a nice first word too I guess.”
