Again, the original comment was a joke, but have you seen some peoples’ cosplays?
You can’t always tell who they’re meant to be cosplaying, and even if you can there are often noticeably wrong details. But commenting on the accuracy (or more precisely, the lack of accuracy) of someone’s cosplay is almost universally considered in bad taste.

Also, those are not even the correct shoes. Lisa wears red, plastic Mary Janes. If Smolder was cosplaying as Lisa Simpson, she would be more of a sexy, slutty, absent minded Lisa Simpson. Because, one again, no pearls. She also does not have Lisa’s hair.
It is also bad taste to bring disrespect to, or act out of character to the character of whom you are cosplaying.

Mina is from the IDW comic series, shes a compleet Princess Luna fan and comic fan ( dont remeber but I think she runs a comic store )
