Image can be traced using the source link, the story is just what the commissioner wanted and doesn’t necessarily reflect the actual behavior of the characters. Although realistically Celestia has no qualms with condemning criminals guilty of attempted murder with 10 consecutive life sentences in a psychologically abusive prison that would suffericate them had they not been magical, all while exercising no due process and no court system. They are judge, jury, and executioner. The alicorn authority figures may seem kind and benevolent because they’ve been portrayed as such by the culture that happens to worship them as gods, but their rule is absolute and unjust. The ponies of Equestria should think for themselves and protect themselves from cruel and unusual punishment, instead of placing the most physically powerful individual in charge and expecting them to have their best interests at heart. Power should be earned and shared, not through nepotism, and not just shared by a few ponies but by everyone and with politicians chosen by the ponies and susceptible to the punishments they enforce.

Send the artist a commission through his deviantart page or patreon, as it stands I’ve found no second part and will not exist until someone wishes it into being, or until you reach the pearly gates of heavenwhich is code for probably never.
nah, if anything she was pissed that Twilight didn’t do it right the first time, spanking however necessary given their current situation can be cathartic for some. I personally think that spanking as a form of discipline is something you shouldn’t do very often, if at all. Considering that the spanked individual might associate physical pain with love and may start to exhibit sadistic, distrustful, and perverted behavior as a result.
I don’t know if Celestia would do that. I mean I can actually believe Celestia would spank her sister if she believed it good for her. However she would not approve of spanking in anger.

Hey, love the description you gave this for the story and how detailed, though mind telling where you came up with it? Friends with the guy who got the pic and you make Twi and Celestia sound more cruel and mean-spirited here.
@Liggliluff
Twilight was content with giving a regular spanking for Luna’s tantrum, unfortunately Celestia being the sadistic and unforgiving dictator that she is, with a deceptively calm and kind demeanor, is well adept in dolling out proper torture methods blown way out of proportion for the crime given. This is not the first or the last time she would do this.

I put racism in the description, because I said “alicorns are such entitled brats”, which is definitely a gross and unfair generalization, but we’ve only ever seen alicorns assert absolute unquestionable authority over other ponies, wherein the few of their race are judge, jury, and executioner and seem to endorse nepotism and favoritism for high ranking positions no matter how underqualified. They think they’re gods and can do whatever they want, and basically they’re right, or at least as long as we let them.

Translation: you saw the pic, noticed the context from the original source and just decided to interject your own headcanon into it. :P

Not necessarily, Celestia has always gone out of her way to make sure her sister is excessively punished, even for such minor offenses.
So this means her panties were taken off so the spanking would give a higher effect?
Shouldn’t her panties still be around her legs then? 🤔
Does it count that Twilight had to die before becoming an alicorn herself.

||fine, I guess we’ve never seen an alicorn die period.i will adjust the description. ||
Or wasn’t she wearing any to begin with?
You mean Princess Amore? She was just a Unicorn not an Alicorn.
FIENDship is magic, the first one with Sombra.
Oh, that’s what that does? Thanks for the tip mate!

In which issue you saw dead alicorn?
