  1. Bleach is not cancelled, its withheld until the manga is up to a certain point. Any filler arcs would be asinine at this point of the story. (although Naruto has NO problem in putting horrible, horrible filler arcs)  
  2. Yes, watch it. If you like things like Gintama or Srgt. Frog, you’ll love this shit. Although a few episodes will mentally scar you due to Gai’s aversion for clothing
