Unicorns do lots of artsy things.
Of course nothing prevents a unicorn form serving others, an earth pony pursuing art, or any such combination with the other tribes.
I also considered making GNU/Linux an Alicorn, but since I myself use Linux I figure that counts as bias.

I just checked the Wikipedia article for Server OS usage. As of 2013 Windows is neck and neck with Linux it seems.

Those servers are probably there to run propitiatory applications/ The sys wanted a windows only network/ other reasons.
Wouldn’t Earth ponies be Windows, it’s more common for heavy work loaded servers to have a Windows server system(I think, not sure), and earth ponies do more heavy work.

Are they corporate servers or just servers a friend set up? Not calling you a liar or anything, just genuinely curious.
I see more servers run on Windows then Linux(at lest with the ones I have seen the system in person).
Well a lot of servers on the Internet tend to run on a GNU/Linux distribution for its stability, freedom of use and price, and tighter control.

What do you think most of the servers you use run?
I don’t think even Apple uses OS X for their own servers.
