Lifespans on Equus are weird. The real problem becomes deciding what are intended as jokes and what are facts. We don’t know the max lifespan of an earth pony, unicorn, pegasus or any other we also don’t know how lifespan differs from species to species.

I don’t Pinkie saying something like that, but if my memory doesn’t completely fail me, on Winter Wrap Up Twilight stated that “Ponyville has wrapped up winter the Earth Pony Style since the founding of the town 100 years ago” which could be contradicted by Granny Smith’s mere existence, since she is part of the founders and there is no way she is more than 100 years.

This was my guess as well, I always figured the main six were in their mid to late twenties and that in “The Last Problem” they were in their late forties-early fifties

Granny Smith was present for the founding of Ponyville. And Ponyville is over 400 years old. Earth ponies can be very long-lived
Actualy, thinking about it, it gets interesting when you realize that Sunset Shimmer is likely around the same age as Twilight Velvet and that at the beginning of the show Spike is around 18

I don’t recall off the top of my head, but at one point Pinkie offhoofedly mentions the town to be over 400 years old
