You know what I think? I think in the human world the inside of the human body(mostly the bladder) is more sensitive than your pony or creature body in Equestria(which is probably why it happened to Pinkie Pie only once). I can’t wait to see someone make more comics or just pictures of either one of the equestria girls suffering through a bathroom emergency or the other teenagers from canterlot high.
