If there’s one more thing I’d fix is to move her belly button a little further down;it looks a bit too far up.Other than that this is quite the masterpiece.
This does look amazing but a couple of things are a little off putting.
The tongue does seem a little thick and the lava looks a lot more like water than lava.

but she is a dragon in a lava pool and i’m a pony…..but I would love to her maybe if she wants to take a nice hot bath maybe that will help?

Just drink a potion of heat resistance and you’ll be fine.
