Body mass dynamics would not have the bodies look like this if actual body mass physics were applied to this picture. This can only happen if either; a) Fluttershy has a chibi-ized appearance, disproportionately large head relative to the rest of her body. Or b) Fluttershy is just a floating head here, whether through acts of Discord, magical happenstance or other reason not explored here.
