I do have to agree with you OP: out of the Mane 6 she is the one I most readily identify with, for precisely that reason. Still does not make her best pony though.

No, i like Fluttershy because i try to like all main ponies instead of building an unecessary hate on them.
I don’t need to identify with a character to like him, I like Diamond goddamn Tiara and i would stay away from her if she was real.
