He’s heavily against any form of censorship, so let me put that concern to rest.
Twibooru is hosted by someone else and is running the old booru-on-rails software. They only allow anonymous s, though. Commenting there is disabled too, they have no DNP list, and they allow ing paid content. (wouldn’t be surprised if they get a at some point in the future)

I hadn’t been to PB before, so I just assumed that kinda stuff wouldn’t be allowed. After a quick visit though, I clearly see it’s allowed. I’ll post when I can!
Actually to add to the sisterly protection, I always find it interesting how most younger girls who have a little brother (or older it can happen) are usually the most overprotective and/or dominant over them. Even so with them mostly leading stuff with friends and other siblings. I grew up seeing it from several families with kids and sometimes still do.
