Pff, bigger - maybe, stronger - never! In of power (and flight-related power in particular) Dash is clearly superior to anypony else, alicorns included. The only time Twi was even close to her power level is when she held the combined power of all the princesses.

well she a Alicorn and alicorn wings are stronger then Pegasus wings, if Twilight train in wonder bolt she will become faster then rainbow dash, of course she will have a lot struggle as first but smart as she be, is not long she be faster, the reason why not beat Tirek or starlight on her own is the fact she not master her 3 pony side, she master only 1/3
