A few things to note: the coloring and textures are not in their final form yet. Right now I’m concerned about the modeling itself, so try to keep limited to shape and form. Also, don’t worry about the expression itself… I’ll be rigging the character so that she’ll have full range of emotion later on for animation purposes.

Don’t forget that the lower eyelid is likely not gonna cover the iris for a ‘neutral’ expression. Otherwise, the eyes will read as if they’re half-closed.
Again, that’s an expression issue that will be solved with rigging. I have the geometry there to work with, so closing and opening the eye is no problem. Case in point:

Yeah, I think the teeth definitely contribute to the creepy factor without any tweaks to the expression itself.
If you look at your own eye in the mirror, you will find that your upper eyelid is partially covering your iris. Only when you are making an expression which opens the eyes wide, then the upper eyelid won’t touch the iris. I read this expression as one of disgust because her lower eyelid instead is covering the iris and the mouth is slightly open with a slight frown.
Her hands look better : ) And her facial expression is less… scary XD I think her eye sockets are a little too deep but I am not a 3D artist and I don’t know how much better it would look if her eyes were a little farther out.. Good luck with your animations and project.
