If this was true, it would be a point against the historicity of Jesus: there are no bureaucratic records of Jesus’s execution.
The earliest substantial claim of the existence of Jesus is probably the Gospel of Mark, which was written somewhere around the year 70.
The earliest non-Gospel attestation of Jesus is from Flavius Josephus in Antiquities of the Jews, after the year 71 at the earliest, but this is not a first-hand direct indication of the existence of Jesus so much as it is an outsider’s observation that Christians exist and a record their claims about Jesus.

No, we don’t. We have anecdotal evidence from, at the earliest, decades after his supposed death. We have no direct physical evidence at all.
