She did, both before and after her reveal, but she never tried. You don’t backtrack from trying to neuter you entire species just to rule over them that easily without some very good writing.
Right. Some villains get 5+ chances and several seasons. Others get 1.
Wind Rider was fucked the hardest in this regard even more than Cozy. He did 1 bad thing and was instantly deemed irredeemable. Simply put some villains got more chances than others. While this is closer to how the real world can work at times it should still be considered.

That’s another can of worms that I have no desire to touch. You know where it’s going since Fluttershy is never is the wrong.
Trying to cripple her entire species and seeking out a villain to further her own ends is too much for detention. Again, she seek him out, not him corrupting her. And I’m only counting the show, no comics or EQG shorts.
Lets just stop now since we aren’t going to reach an agreement any other way.

Being villains and having to work together is the only reason they became friends in the first place.
There’s a difference between currently being a villain and once being a minor antagonist. And we all know that was just an excuse to shoehorn in a fandom’s favorite.
Only Cozy implied that, and I have no doubt that Twilight could have taught her everything correctly and Cozy would only hear that friends mean power. It wasn’t Twilight at fault, but Cozy only hearing what she wanted to hear. Did you not watch Cozy’s two-parter? Because she gives no one a reason to want to give her another chance. At least Discord was a manchild with a sick sense of humor and Starlight a scarred womanchild that believed in her own lies. Cozy knew she wanted to be powerful and had no issue with hurting everyone in the process, while attending a school all about friendship.
