Lady Tremaine from the Cinderella saga? 2015 Biff Tanner from the Back To The Future saga? George Bailey from “It’s A Wonderful Life”? Rumpelstiltskin from the very last Shrek movie, “Shrek Forever After”?

I believe so, that it’s from the same thing as the Thanoscopter. Seems like it’s about on-brand, for him to be in a helicopter, then get arrested.
Eh, I doubt we’ll see Megatron mess up Equestria a third time. But the Autobots and Decepticons are still enemies with each other; that’s not about to change any time soon. X3
This is no longer true, for the first time in many millions of years, the autobots and the deceptions have found themselves in a situation where they are able to understand each other thanks to the ponies’ magical knowledge of personality control. Because when the victims were exposed to the spell that came in with their trapped personalities - they were able to share thoughts, feelings and experiences with the rescuers. Starscream had to flee because Megatron was able to see his thoughts and feelings. Oddly enough, Megatron could be saved with betrayal as with friendship.
I wonder what would have happened if Optimus with Sparkle Saber had “saved” Megatron? Eternal peace would be a possibility.
The Transformers War is over. But the autobots and deceptions are not done fighting for the future of their people, one seeking liberalization, the other seeking order. Even if they now understand each other, it only means that the battle for the future of transformers has entered a new phase.
And sometimes understanding is a greater power than friendship.

This is a different continuity that’s not canon to any Transformers media and the MLP tv show.
You have not read the manga. Lumsdon has put together something new out of Starlight`s time travel, the dimensional leaps and different continuties - a multiverse or PONYVERSE which according to Twilight could be endless with thousands of continuties outside the actual “Prime World” which is the show as it is shown to viewers . With Ponyverse, it is divided into canon and fanon, which in the future can produce interesting results. For all we know, the Pony-Transformers continuity is just a small leap from the prime world with small changes, but this is up to the readers.
Also, Megatron deserves all the humiliation because he never learns, and Starscream has got very fond memories that he will cherish in all continuties if possible. But the ponies are not done with transformers, because the Ponyverse and the Transformers Multiverse have been linked together.

And yes, Megatron will mess it up to everyone’s misfortune in the future - he has such a talent for ever since the beginning of all Transformers generations!

Well, you did see Megatron holding a gun, Hot Rod because you suddenly saw that Megatron was about to kill the Autobot Leader. You tried to save Optimus by distracting Megatron. But you’re too late because Megatron shot Optimus Prime in the chest to death. I can’t believe that 16 years ago, you would have shoot or killed Megatron with your blasters or your arm mounted lasers.
