Maybe make the body a little plumper. Neck a little longer and head wider/taller, about a little longer.
Add a little bit of curvature on the main body (imagine the shape of a giant jelly bean) with the rear a bit bigger and rounder.
I specifically requested the head size, since I think the heads on the ones they try to make proportionally show accurate are ridiculously and needlessly large, but the neck is probably too high. Not a huge deal though.
She’s roughly 1.5 meters, not super big but definitely travel size and great for cuddling. I don’t think they make 1 meter except thru special request (and it’s too small to be worth the price) and 2 meter fills up half the room so I prefer a nice in between

Unless of course, you want to make the pony overall larger. Longer in body length.
The head would makes perfect inner tube decor.
