Twilight was doing it to help Luna and knew Luna meant no harm to Fluttershy and only lasted a scene. Pinkie was traumatizing Fluttershy for no reason other than fun, KNOWING how sensitive she is and it lasted the entire episode.
 
Know the difference.

I don’t disagree with any of what you wrote. Just Pinkie ain’t the element of sensitivity.

As a Fluttershy fan, I actually find the Luna scene funny, while the Pinkie Pie scene repetitive and unfunny. In the Luna scene Fluttershy is being overly scared and Twilight is tired of everyone being scared of Luna. It makes sense for Twilight to stop her like that. It is necessary and fits the situation. Pinkie Pie being obnoxious for the sake of obnoxiousness is not necessary. It just makes her look dumb and insensitive. If anything Filli Vanilli hurts Pinkie Pie more than Fluttershy because it’s like Pinkie Pie is blind to everything around her and her behavior doesn’t fit the situation at all.

But that scene just want Fluttershy introduce to Luna

So pinkie was being an unintentional jerk to Fluttershy in Filli Vanilli and Twilight was a jerk to Fluttershy in this scene. What’s your point?

In her defense, Fluttershy was overreacting to a nonthreat. A nonthreat that she has personally met before.
