Not too many options for instant-speed creature wipes though. If they’re running weenies or tokens to prop this up, you might be able to get by with “damage each creature” in red or “all creatures get -N/-N” in black. Otherwise, your kill spells only knock off 1 damage each.
Of course, if you’re serious about creature removal, it shouldn’t get to the point where this spell is a major threat to begin with. Keep culling the herd.

Surprisingly difficult to fend off, especially as the damage is coming from several sources at once. White has a few “prevent all damage” instants, and blue can always counter spells, but if you’re not running either of those you’re entering a world of pain.
