Another part of me is really hoping just for simple platonic friendship between those of the opposite sex, and nothing more. I’m pretty tired of there always being some kind of shoehorned romantic tease between the cast in just about every media there is, like it’s impossible that a boy and a girl can be just friends, no, they have to have some kind of feelings for each other and it’ll be weird. Just showing intergender friendships without the strings of romantic attachment, personally, would be a welcome message.
