yes, the fetch system just fetches the preview which is a highly compressed low res jpg, usually
in this case you had to it and insert it into gimp and it asks do you want to remove the rec 2020 color profile and turn into sRGB and you say yes.. otherwise it was massively discolored
the JPG automatically removed this
