Even if the isolation never ends, Russian language is still relatively common in the former USSR countries. The potential customer base would greatly decrease, but it is not going to disappear completely.

Games for that age group are less likely to be localized with only the subs. Young kids might not always be good at reading, or even straight up unable to read at all. For example, with Peppa all localized versions are dubbed, except for Chinese and Japanese.
It’s not impossible that the Russian version will be released later. But the longer the current crisis continues, the less likely it becomes.

I expect it to be way later, it’s not uncommon for things to be released years after the initial release. Well, at least I hope because (not going into politics) kids who the game is for should always get nice things after all & people worked on that version, too, it’s all efforts. And it’s okay if it’ll be a lot of time into the future, imho.
(though idk if it’s subtitles or a dub, honestly, it’s probably subs but that’s good enough as well).
