You kidding? I’m pretty sure tie-in games were still prevalent for movies and TV shows in the 2010s. Hasbro didn’t want to make a G4 console game because of the unexpected fanbase having huge standards. That, or they were too fucking cheap and didn’t want to take risks when WayForward was right fucking there.
I really don’t know if the developers only had perhaps the switch in mind, but even so, I am sure that console is more capable than what ever footage we are seeing. The lighting engine, what the heck! Like, they only have but one overhead light to simulate the sun and no skylight in the scene what so ever. The shaders are so bad, with the whites and blacks are crunched and all I can say folks is get it for the PC because a shader mod is the first I will come up with.
