Its interesting reading the comments in this thread from over a decade ago as now Rarity has become one of the most popular and beloved of the Mane 6. The appreciation for Rarity’s character has grown significantly.

I just like that fanon, if in the end it’s not that way, like if the show says she became Nightmare Moon because of different reasons or this becomes canon, okay then, I just liked that fanon personally.
