From what i know, it depends on how tight they vacuum it to, and i’ve seen some cases where they lube the inside so some movement is allowed, but for the most part it seems that the norm is it being pretty strong and the squirming coming from them moving their figure about within the confines of the pose they were vacuumed in.

I totally agree by the way, it’s great for heavy bondage fans because of how perfectly immobilizing it is without hiding the body, while still showing off aesthetics in motion by letting the one inside visibly squirm. You can’t really move around, even on low vac as I was. Though with lube or slime it’s probably possible.
