Maybe I don’t fully understand the meaning of these licenses, but the great part for mane6 in g4 was their individuality, and the same is true for mane5 now. So you expect each of them to react differently to the same things, according to their personality. Which means in my mind that in this case Izzy gotta fill out the paper a little crazy (or rather, strongly crazy), and this is exactly how it was here, but Hitch as a representative of the law and order (especially order) gotta enter accurate data scrupulously and do not even try to joke (not in this situation). And when they all give out different, but monotonous jokes, it looks frankly dull.
