Oh, the artist just used the mountain from mlp so the image wouldn’t be consisted as rule #3 and get hit with the “barely pony related” tag.

Maybe I’m out of touch with the hip new thing but in my day, icebergs had familiar casual things at the top, then proceeding down to more obscure or disturbing content going down.
This iceberg (or rather mountain) looks completely random. Stygian and Rumble aren’t any more obscure than FS’s parents.
This iceberg meme doesn’t make sense. Most common visible things would be on the ground level, accessible to every tourist. It would be the peak that see the least amount of views.
Not gonna lie, the placement of characters on this chart seems kind of weird, but hey, as a veteran of the community of this iceberg chart’s website, that’s how they are. Most of the charts there, like this one, are basically rushed due to impatience, time constraints, or plain ol’ ignorance to researching or understanding the target subject.
Trust me, I’m the author of the Ultimate Childhood Trauma Iceberg on the site, and the guy that I collaborated with to keep it up and active put in Four’s screeching from BFB in there, which wasn’t even that scary or psychologically damaging. So to compensate, I had to remove it and replace it with Queen Chrysalis imprisoning Twilight in part one of A Canterlot Wedding, wink wink.

It’s called an iceberg for a reason!
