So, eventually some time after the events of the last episode there’d be some official performance reviews and transfer of the school to someone else.
It’s not that Starlight WANTS to do this, but things just get out of hoof and there are easy ways to take care of these things either directly by spells, social engineering, etc.. Then everypony gets all angry “oh, that’s inhumane (what even IS HUMANe?), “that’s a crime.”, “you’ve created a cult”, “we’re filing formal charges”, blah, blah,blah…
