Perhaps, but Green is also a color of harmony & connection within a community, & Blue is a color of bettering thing for others & improving ones craft, not to mention that Blue like Red is creative & open, but I’m not sure Blue/Greens patient slow-to-act side fits here.
I’ve seen Red/Blue/Green be described as: “A childlike curiosity; a Zen-like knowledge of self; an insatiable desire to play, explore, discover & understand. An almost total lack of self-consciousness & ego, without concern for status or reputation; a oneness with one’s immediate experience.” I think that somewhat fits Pinkie.

Red and white combined often symbolize using the means of chaos to accomplish the ends of order, or vice versa. Employing madcap madness in the name of social harmony fits it to a T.

Both White & Green are about community, but in comparison, white is also about order & structure, which I find rather un-Pinkie Pie.

Red + white = pink, after all. (Plus, Pinkie is all about community.)
