The 13000 figure includes Ukrainian soldiers and Russia-backed troops.
3. “Ukraine is a nazi country”. - False.
After the Revolution of Dignity, presidential candidates from all Ukrainian ultranationalist parties combined won only 1.86% of the votes; the number of votes on parliamentary elections the same year for them was even smaller - 1.80%.
4. “Ukraine bans russian language”. - False.

Prior to the 2022 invasion, most Ukrainian schools had mandatory Russian classes. The curriculum is available on the official website of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine:
