Erm… you can legally obtain documents about virtully everything NASA does:
https://www.nasa.gov/FOIA/
While NASA participates in secret activites like spy satellite launches, they’re not the ones who build them. It’s because NASA is a public organization and it would be practically impossible to keep secret stuff secret there.
