No. You are talking about different Art-Pack.
The thing about this Art-Pack. Why it is removed from sale.
We have two teams who have almost the same artists:
Team One have made ArtPack with Vacation theme, but we delayed it for so long that we decided to post it during January at the 2024 year. And call it the Year of the Dragon Art-Pack because we all drew dragons for Vacation theme.
Team Two wanted to make Art-Pack for the 2024 year with Year of the dragon theme. We wanted to publish it during the February.
Turned out that Team Two had no idea that Team One wanted to publish Art-Pack on the same theme and almost at the same time. Half peoples become offended. And see no reason to make second Art-Pack on the same theme from the same peoples while they was half way on making it.
So Team One decided to relocate already published Art-Pack to the Summer. with Vacation theme as was intended originally. So we as a Team Two could finish Art-Pack for the Year of the dragon.

We will open this closed Art-Pack after a few months. Sorry for mesing things up like that.

Okay I’m editing my comment, cause I was confused. I thought we were combining the art packs, but it looks like they’re just being released at different dates. Rubiont has the explination.
