You’re right. This was supposed to give someone in last place a small upperhand (or claw?). In this case, Gallus.
If needed, I can modify this so that it’s more fair for the two runnerups. Would that work?
For 2nd place, you made it 100 pounds for $12, but four $3 donations should add up to 120 pounds.
And for 3rd place, you made it 100 pounds for $9, but three $3 donations would add up to 135 pounds.
