My own take would be Twilight growing a little larger than Celestia, with four legs (two orange, two pink), two wings (both of them blue and yellow), body and neck covered in bloats of purple, white, blue and yellow, and her head with one large horn (marbled purple and white), and the other five heads forming a collar around the base of her neck.
If this was after Twilight’s apotheosis, though, add two more front legs (purple), a purple vein on their wings, the purple becomes dominant on their body, and her head is slightly larger than the rest.
