That’s because Pinkie is such a gun-woman of parties and I loved how she is using her party bazooka to shoot the Rat King, who is kicked in the back by Rainbow Dash, and being levitated by Twilight, who is using Applejack’s rope to tie him up in the arm, which causes him to drop his scepter, which zaps a blast of dark magic at Fluttershy, who blocks it with her fan, while Applejack is freeing a screaming Rarity out of the goo, which I think could be coming from the dark magic of the Rat King’s scepter.

Yeah, I can’t believe that Twilight is using her magic while tying the Rat King with Applejack’s lasso while the latter is trying to get a screaming Rarity out of the goo.

I’m glad you stopped to look at the details! I had to use a lot of photo reference to (hopefully) get the poses right. I definitely couldn’t think them up on my own! I appreciate your comment very much!
It’s a shame this is indistinguishable from the thumbnail from a lot of low-effort EqG ballet stuff that’s been posted recently, because this is really well done. I mean, look at Twilight’s foot–nobody gets angles like that right, but this is spot on. I just don’t know if anyone will stop to look at it.
