Inspired by a pic from a few years earlier with Twilight being a quart down, the newer model alicorns are hybrids. We do caution to make sure to turn off horn and wings during sleep to prevent de-charging of internal reserves and reduce time on the charging pad. The primary pony systems still do run on hot bean water as a primary fuel source though.
