There are no plans to mobilize. We are now recruiting exclusively on a voluntary contract basis.
And those mobilized also receive payments, as well as those recruited under contract.

No they are not. There was actually a single wave, after that they just push everyone who meets the standarts to sign the contract. Money talks here and they offer like 22k g bonus + like 2k every month gross. +your credits are frozen. Its VERY attractive to people of a poor regions.
Russia can afford just to throw money by having x3 of population of Ukraine and oil money.

That mobilization is not officially over yet, people are still being mobilized. Just not massively so as not to be noticeable
