I call this, “Generations”, the main cast from gen 1, gen 3-5. Gen 2 erasure, I know, but I just couldn’t find much about the characters from that gen :(

Through 41 years… I love “My little pony” franchise, all generations are amazing! But my favourites are G1 and… And G5 (don’t kick me). And I can see my favourite characters: Izzy (third in G5 part) and somepony, who’s second in G1 part (yes, it’s Posey). And with Posey I have one story, but when I tried to post it, it was deleted :(

I’d have personally picked from the cast of the movie/80s cartoon to represent G1 rather than the pilot characters, but I can certainly appreciate you nailing the wild look of their manes instead of lazily basing them off of the Mane 6’s styles like practically everyone else does.

The G1 “Mane Six” are just their G4 counterparts’ inspirations tbh… That’s not really that gen’s main squad, not by a long shot.
The piece is very nice but I don’t get why almost everyone that does this sort of thing ignores the actual main ponies of G1… xD (also, G4 Spike is included but not G1 Spike or G3 Spike?)
