You shouldn’t have sex with an opposite sex version of yourself. He/she is the very worst person you could breed with - your children would have a 25% chance of getting each of the several rare recessive genetic diseases you probably carry.

You have to find yourself at least a little bit attractive to even consider it. If you aren’t into your own sex, having the other person look exactly like you isn’t likely to change your mind.
