Aside from being on Creative mode and using red wool and cherry wood signs, I used this following command to get the heads: /give @s minecraft:player_head[minecraft:profile=PlayerName]. All I had to do is change my Minecraft skin every time. Lastly, I used a shader pack called complementary shaders. I guess that does it.
