For some strange reason I have not found in comments any clear explanation of the inscription and I will try to do this for those who are interested in what is written {Text sounds like “Grrusha Ketovna”}
Actually, the artist’s own explanations (my additions are in brackets):
“The name of the artist for whom I drew (this pic) is Rrusha, and the name of her character is Keto (Ketovna - patronymic, the daughter of Keto).
Rrusha loves pears (pear in russian sounds like grusha), that’s why her pony is in PEAR.
@Etoz
I think it’s because the OC’s owner is Rrusha, and if you add a “g”, you get a pear with an extra “r”
As for the “k”, it’s a suffix to add an affectionate diminutive meaning to the word, like a cute nickname
@Etoz @Korora
I’m fairly sure it’s about keta (keta salmon, Oncorhynchus keta), not Keto (though Ceto/Keto somewhat fits). Which makes the “not salmon” tag kinda misleading.
Edit: the OC’s name is Keto, and I’m not a smart pony. 🤦♂️
@Korora
While I was thinking about all of this the thought occurred to me that “Гррушка” was written on purpose
I mean, I think it’s more of a joke about the “pear” and the “grrrr” sound
@Silent Filly
I think it’s more of a local joke. The art says “pear” and “keto”
They changed the word “keto” into a patronymic (Ketovna). What does this have to do with the pear? Well I think this can be explained by the artist or the owner of the character
All of this doesn’t change the fact that the pear-fish looks yummy and cute >:3
Seconded.
My curiosity is satisfied! The non-Russian speaking community thank you for your service.

Хочет чтоб её скушали
Рруша любит груши по этому её пони в ГРУШЕ
Quite unexpected choice for a featured image, but i’m fine with that :D
А автора работы можно поздравить с попаданием на глагне хД
Бом бом
Хотя в данном случае груша стоит и смотрит на тебя :0
