To me, Danny would solve every friendship problem between every species in no time. I mean, since he’s the original Brony, he’s the one who created the magic of friendship. This is also why he and Twilight would make the perfect pair of all. One of the concepts I have in mind for him is that he defeats his double in The Ending of the End - the main antagonist who represents the dark side of friendship - by unleashing the magic of friendship on him.
By the way, I’m not gonna lie, his reckless behavior is one of the reasons I like him. He’d get himself into trouble, sure, but he knows how to get himself out of it, just like he did in The Great Rainbow Caper, for example.

To be fair i doubt he can solve every friendship problem on his own. Much like the cutie mark crusaders he is a bit of a trouble magnet and can get himself into trouble, especially with his reckless behavior at times, plus he can be childish.
Although also like the cmc anything he accidentally causes he will gladly fix, is this why some people want Danny to meet the cmc?
Plus Danny is shown to be pretty smart and brave for his age, especially when it comes to traps, machines, strategy (just like his big sis), and pranks. And he will do anything to help his friends.

Also no one said this had to be a show. This could easily be a comic. Danny is close in age to the cmc and the cmc got into some actually dangerous fights in the comics.

In G1, the Williams siblings had “dangerous or scary adventures.” And once again, you can’t have “crazy or dangerous situations” with Spike - a baby dragon - either, in that case.

I do NOT mean x-rated content, I think they have to be careful with pg-rated violence because of kids being in the scenes.
Haven’t you noticed that, with a few exceptions, all the foals where suddenly gone when things got exiting in G4 episodes?
Imagine if they did that with the William kids, they might as well leave them out of the cartoon if they can’t have “dangerous” or “scary” adventurers.
