The dress designs for the original Cutie Mark Crusaders are based on dresses worn in their pony forms in the MLP:FiM episode, “For Whom the Sweetie Belle Tolls.” I’ve drawn Equestria Girls Applebloom and Scootaloo in these dresses before (and I honestly don’t if I was the one who came up with the human-body versions for these two or if it was someone else.) I’d never done Sweetie Belle’s before so, even if there’s another version out there, this one is mine.
The dresses for Diamond Tiara, Silver Spoon and Babs are my own design, based on some initial direction given by the commissioner. They wanted Babs and Silver Spoon in dresses and necklaces similar to Scootaloo’s, but red and purple, respectively. For Diamond Tiara, they wanted something similar to Applebloom, but in yellow and black, with a necklace similar to Scootaloo’s. Other than that, the commissioner gave me pretty free rein. I went for very loose period interpretations (early Medieval to Tudor) because the Cutie Mark Crusaders’ original pony dresses were not period accurate in the slightest. It’s all very “Disney-Time,” but I always enjoy deg costumes, so this was fun!
As for the jet skier and his jet ski, that’s all my design. I can’t think of a name for him (Orange Whip? Creme de Bruh? Noise Maker? He’s probably a cousin of Lemon Zest, given the color scheme.)
Oh boy, now the gowns are going to shrink! Only if they try to dry them up. (to the CMC, Diamond Tiara, Silver Spoon, and Babs Seed) Never mind, girls. You will soon dry off in the sun. Especially if you got a towel or a blow dryer.

I use Clip Studio Paint, so while not actually vectors, I’m glad they look like they are because that’s the point. Glad you like!
They’ll just have to go home and dry off. Poor Rarity will freak out about the damage, but what can you do?
I’m glad you like the designs!
Yeah, they looked so beautiful as princesses. I love the dresses and I love the hats.
She didn’t see it before it came- but she was prescient in her warning 😆
The tiara pattern on her hennin doubles up on the “princess” motif.
Yeah, I don’t know why she would have wore her tiara instead of a hennin to make her look like a princess.

It seemed like good inspiration for a gown pattern.
