The animation is recycled from Wonderbolts Academy with Dusty and Rainbow being recolored to be Orange Swirl and Raindrops. But her cutie mark remains as well a pieces of her body and hair with her original color palette.
So with that, as well as having access to the rig of Sassaflash (the pony Dusty was built off of and has the same eye color of), I was able to restore her original color palette and have her full turnaround. I have her dressed in her cadet uniform and her cutie mark ed as well

I don’t, since I don’t have access to that rig. But you can tell just by comparing how her hair looks. It looks way fuller and fluffier there, and she has a full turnaround in comparison to this one, which only has the angles I’ve shared completed
